Starting Today

From the pile of unread books, few days ago
I picked " The Healing Power of Kindness" by Kenneth Wapnick.
And suddenly it all makes so much sense to BE KIND.

It is really a life changing realization that makes it so easy to get away from
the addiction to being right and always looking to judge the moment someone else walks in our view.
So starting today when I first open my eyes in the morning and step back into the physical realm of experience, the first thing I ask the Supreme Being is to help me be kinder than I was yesterday.
So be it, Amen.

I think that's an excellent idea, I'm just not sure how easy it will be to put into practice!

I would agree that a little kindness in this world would help most things. It is somewhat difficult to always be kind in every situation, howevr some never even try. My wife and I are in our late 70's and we have tried to do this kindness thing for most of our life. I believe it has helped us. Of course there are other helps along the way. We have been involved in the Ministry most of our life and so we see things a little different then others. I think you are on to something there.
Check out my pages if and when you get time. Maybe something will also help you or a friend. www.assemblyoflove.org
